| Job Description |
- Responsible for overall production.
- Managing the assembly line workmen for achieving the periodic targets.
- Handling operations for improvement in existing products based on market trends & requirements.
- Planning and effecting preventive maintenance schedules of various machineries and instruments to increase machine up time and equipment reliability.
- Thorough in manufacturing process, quality improvement, implementing engineering changes, vendor up gradation etc.
- Directing maintenance technicians, monitoring expenses with optimum utilization of resources.

| Profile Description |
- Candidate should have graduate/post graduate in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience 15 to 20 Years.
- Experience in Heavy Fabrication and Machining in heavy engineering industries.
- Should have sound knowledge in international codes and standards like ASME, DIN/EN etc.
- Ability to work under pressure, tight schedules and deadlines.
- Knowledge of computer software’s like B-JAC, Microsoft Projects, Primavera is desirable but not essential.
- Candidate should have excellent communication skill.
